Sustain ("the App") is a nutrition and food tracking application developed by Ortegón.

Food logs, nutrition entries, and usage data created within the app
Photo Analysis
If you choose to use the Photo AI feature, images you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers to identify foods and estimate nutritional information.
Images are used only to provide the requested analysis and are not used to train public AI models on behalf of Sustain.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide food tracking functionality
Calculate nutrition metrics and goals
Authenticate users
Improve app performance and reliability

Sustain uses trusted third-party service providers, including:
Supabase for authentication and data storage
OpenAI for food image analysis and AI-assisted nutrition estimation
Apple Sign In services when users choose Sign in with Apple

Your account information and food tracking data are retained while your account remains active.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data directly within the app.
Account Deletion
Sustain provides an in-app account deletion option.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated app data, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Sustain is not directed toward children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
